Welcome to Project Brainstorm ("Project Brainstorm," "we," "us," or "our").

Project Brainstorm provides access to an experimental, AI‑powered market intelligence platform that generates simulated research outputs using large language models ("LLMs") and related technologies.

By accessing or using this website or any related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Experimental Nature of the Service

Project Brainstorm is an experimental platform.

• The Service relies on artificial intelligence, simulation techniques, and probabilistic models.
• Outputs are synthetic, simulated, and non‑deterministic.
• Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, or incorrect.
• The Service is provided for exploratory and informational purposes only.

You acknowledge that the Service does not provide professional advice, including but not limited to business, legal, financial, regulatory, medical, or investment advice.

3. No Training or Ownership of Underlying Models and Data

• Project Brainstorm does not develop, train, or own the underlying foundation models and data used in the Service.
• The Service integrates third‑party LLMs and AI systems provided by external vendors.
• We make no representations or warranties regarding how those models were trained, what data they were trained on, or their accuracy.
• Model behaviour may change without notice due to upstream updates.

User inputs, uploaded materials, and other data provided in connection with the Service may be processed by third‑party AI model providers as part of study execution. Such processing is subject to the data‑handling, retention, and usage policies of those providers, which are outside Project Brainstorm's control.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that Project Brainstorm is not responsible for, and does not control, how such third‑party providers store, retain, or use data processed by their systems, and you agree that Project Brainstorm shall not be liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising from those providers' handling of such data, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

4. Third-Party Sources and Content Use

Project Brainstorm does not independently crawl, scrape, archive, or ingest content from the internet or other external sources.

Any external information referenced or cited by the Service is obtained through third‑party AI providers and services, including large language model platforms that may have access to publicly available information or licensed data.

Project Brainstorm does not claim ownership of, nor does it store or redistribute, third‑party content. References and citations are provided for transparency and explainability only, not as reproductions or endorsements of the original works.

We make no representations regarding the copyright status, licensing terms, or intellectual property rights associated with third‑party materials surfaced by upstream providers or referenced in outputs.

Use of the Service does not grant you any rights to third‑party content beyond those permitted by applicable law and the originating source.

5. No Reliance; Use at Your Own Risk

You agree that:

• All outputs are simulations, not representations of real people, real markets, or real outcomes.
• You must not rely on any output as a substitute for independent research, professional judgment, or expert advice.

• NON‑INFRINGEMENT

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

PROJECT BRAINSTORM AND ALL ASSOCIATED PERSONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

• reputational harm
• regulatory or legal exposure
• reliance on incorrect outputs

THIS APPLIES EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Project Brainstorm and its founders, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of:

• your violation of these Terms
• your violation of any applicable law or regulation

• We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or availability of external sources.
